With so much to celebrate this past holiday (from birthdays to Easter…) the WineTots hopped off to the newly opened Bitou Vineyards in the Plett Winelands.

Yummy Easter treats, exquisite wines to soothe the palate, fantastic company, and all-around good family fun – the perfect way to spend the holiday!
Situated just outside Plett alongside the Bitou river, lies the newly established Bitou Vineyards. An incredible winery with delightful wines (only R50 for a tasting!) and a diverse menu of divine dishes… think steak gnocchi with button mushrooms & onion or crispy coconut fried cauliflower with homemade chimichurri… what a delight!
We were lucky enough to be part of the pre-launch of Bitou Vineyards’ super kid-friendly BAKE (Bitou Active Kid’s Eatery) – what an awesome day for the tots! Keep the little ones entertained at BAKE, while you soak in the stunning scenery and sip on sensational wines at the Eatery and wine tasting room next door.
Also perfect for those rainy or cool winter days with an inside restaurant and a special menu just for kids - serving yummy healthy food and delicious organic milkshakes & waffles!
From a creative arty station, to an inside tree-house for the tots, and a chill games room with air hockey for the older ones… it’s sure to be a day to remember!
